Vision and Beliefs

Munfordville First U.M.C. was located in downtown Munfordville in it's second sanctuary built in 1972. The congregation worshipped there faithfully until a fire destroyed the building just before Christmas in December of 2003.

With the Spirit's help, support from the denomination, and support from our community; a new sanctuary was built on 421 Hardyville Rd.

All are invited to join us for Sunday school classes at 10am and Sunday Worship at 11am.

Our Purpose

At Munfordville First U.M.C., our purpose is to make and be passionate disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of our community, county, and world.

We seek after God by following Jesus our Christ through his life, death, and resurrection.

We seek to know and show the love of God, inviting others to know God's love for themselves.

The Church is the body of Christ, an extension of Chris's life and ministry in the world today.

The Bible is the primary authority for our faith and practice.

The kingdom of God is both a present reality and our future hope.

We believe that God so loves the world and continues to be at work in it.

I've been a Pastor in the United Methodist Church since 2017 after spending 8 years as a Youth and Missions minister.
I have a wonderful wife, Alicia and 4 kids including a set of twins. I believe ministry is about knowing and showing the love, grace, and mercy of our God through Christ Jesus.
A good day of ministry ends with the question, who have I let know they are loved and cared about today?
